Förutsättningen för att vara med är att coacherna är diplomerade och/eller certifierade enligt ICF eller ICC.

Coachmagasinet handlar om personlig utveckling inom alla områden såsom livet, relationer, hälsa och karriär.

Presentation of Coaching in english

Coaching is an ongoing relationship
which focuses on clients taking action
towards the realization of their visions, goals and desires.

Coaching process
Coaching uses a process of inquiry and personal discovery
to build the client's level of awareness and responsibility
and provides the client with structure, support and feedback.

Helps clients
The coaching process helps clients both define and achieve
professional and personal goals faster and with more ease
than would be possible otherwise.

Coaching Brings out the Best in You

Professional coaches provide an ongoing partnership designed to help clients produce fulfilling results in their personal and professional lives. Coaches help people improve their performance and enhance the quality of their lives.

Focus on what is important
We live in a fast paced world with ever increasing amounts of information and input. It becomes more and more difficult to get an overview and perspective on what is essential and what is superfluous. Yet such "helicopter views" are ever more important. A coach will help you stay focused on what is important and maintain the big picture of your life and business.

Better decisions
With broader perspectives come better choices. A coach will also challenge you to examine your assumptions, to think bigger and to seek alternatives. As you work together this process becomes more effective and translates into decisions that are better informed, more broadly considered and lead to more interesting results.

Smarter goals
Goals are important. Good goals give direction, focus and energy. They clarify where you are going and make communication with others easier. On the other hand: poor goals can cause stress, confusion and diversion. A coach helps you set goals for what is really important for you - in life and business, goals that help instead of hinder. And the coach helps you stick to them once they are set!

Fewer problems
Problems often exist in the eye of the beholder. What is a problem for one person may be an opportunity for another. A coach will support you to be more proactive so you have fewer problems and to find the perspectives that turn the problems you do encounter into possibilities. More learning Learning helps you feel alive and growing, it's an essential part of being human. Learning comes from experience, or, more precisely, from reflection on one's experiences. A coach will help you set learning goals but also give you the time to reflect and so refine your experiences into learning and wisdom.

Faster development
Growth on the outside goes hand in hand with growth on the inside. Changes in your life are reflected in changes in yourself. What you want is always linked to who you are and who you can become. Your coach holds the biggest possible picture of who you are and what is possible for you. As your work together develops and deepens your development will accelerate, probably beyond what you thought possible!

A coach sees the best in you and for you and will help you develop your skills.
A coach will support you in your personal and professional growth - and will help you to live the life you truly want. You will get in touch with your values and your vision and help you discover areas and opportunities you didn't see before.

A good coach can help you to open these doors and improve your life, help you to get what you want out of life, how to feel better about yourself, how to become happier and find balance in mind and body. We can not be our best selves if we are stressed, overwhelmed and unhappy. A coach will help you to take charge and create your best life.

The ICF is the leader in developing a definition and philosophy of coaching, as well as, establishing a set of ethical standards that ICF members pledge to uphold. Below you will find the ICF Code of Ethics as well as information about ICF policy prohibiting Unsolicited Commercial Communications ("UCC" - also known as "spam"), and our Ethical Conduct Review process for those who have ethical complaints against an ICF member or credentialed coach.
